At TQ Nordic, we strive to provide fair and comparable test results, which may mean that individuals need adjustments in their tests or during the test process. If you believe you need adjustments, please contact the recruiting organization that asked you to complete the tests. They will assess possible accommodations, such as additional time or assistance with reading.
TQ Nordic has also integrated all our tests with Recite Me. This enhances the user experience by offering customized features directly in the test environment, such as easy-to-read text, language translation, and more, to facilitate use for individuals with various needs and preferences.
Please note that our tests can be taken on both mobile devices and tablets, as well as on a computer.

Make sure that you have read the instructions on how to answer the questions carefully—some competency questions may require two or more answers, while personality questions ask you to select only one answer in each column.

You need to contact the recruiting organization that requested you to take the tests; they will provide you with your results. Our clients are the data controllers according to GDPR, and at TQ Nordic, we are data processors.
As data processors, we are not permitted to release your test results to you without authorization from the data controller (our client).
Our candidate view is designed to be clear and easy to navigate. It should be obvious when all your tests are completed. You will, for instance, see a message that says, “There are no more activities to complete. Thank you for your participation!”
Your tests will also have moved from “Your Assigned Activities” to “Recent Activities.”
