Organization and ownership
We are a privately owned limited company that consists of employees in Sweden and Finland. Our head office is at Convendum at Kungsgatan 9 in Stockholm. The CEO of the company is Carl Magnus Helin, who also co-founded the Nordic operations.
Until November 2021, the company was called TalentQ and then TQ Nordic AB.
History and background
TalentQ was established in England in 2006 by Roger Holdsworth, one of the founders of the company SHL and later CEB. The Nordic operations started in 2008 with headquarters in Sweden and a global presence in 40 countries. Our tests are translated into 50 different languages.
